is your Success ETA; your estimated time of arrival for having the house you
want, the car you want, the time with your family that you want and the respect
that you want?
With

You may
have heard before that most millionaires made their money in real estate. It’s
true and that’s what we do; we create millionaires. (First we create real
estate investors and in a relatively short ETA, then with our community of
support, they become successful “millionaire”
real estate investors). Listen, you don’t need experience or be a brain surgeon
to do this, you just need to be coachable. If say, earning $20,000 to $40,000 in
the next month could help your lifestyle just a little bit; keep reading; if
not, move on to the next ad and have a nice future.
Oh by
the way, let me warn you that this is a commission only gig, so if that scares you, move on to the next ad.

If the Realtor were really clever, he would skip the buyer, get the money direct from the bank and buy the house himself at a discount. He might make more than the usual 6% commission too, maybe a lot more.

Train your new recruits with "bite-sized" video instruction, says Ter Scott, Lyoness Rep
When a person is building a networking business, or really any type of traditional business for that matter, we need to train people in "bite sized" pieces. It's true that people have different sized "bites" but to be duplicated, it's easier if everyone uses approximately 10 to 15 minute exposures.
Here is a response to one of my newest members of one of my businesses. I thought that I would share it here thinking that it may help readers in either role; that of the recruiter or the recruited.

Our last meeting with our senior associate gave you the “whole enchilada” or
“mountain” or whatever metaphor you would like. Now that you’ve seen that, my
job is to hold your hand while together we go stepwise (with baby steps if need
be) to get you to making the money (and whatever goals, and things) you want
that attracted you to answering the ad.
I would now like to spend maybe 15 minutes with you on the
phone listening to you and your questions and comments and where and how you
want to progress. You don’t have to know everything to get started because there
is a lot to learn. I’m sure you’ll agree that when you started at your regular job that it was also a learning process.
Please reply or text me letting me know when it would be
