What is your Success ETA

You got in sales because you were told you could make lots of money and have time to play and do the things you want to do; how is that working for you?

You may have heard before that most millionaires made their money in real estate. It’s true and that’s what we do; we create millionaires. Listen, you don’t need experience or be a brain surgeon to do this, you just need to be coachable. Right now is the BEST TIME EVER to use the power of leverage with real estate; only most people (even the so-called gurus) don’t know how- Those that do aren't talking.

You’ve heard about the mythical “no money down deals” from the pretenders with shows on HGTV offering to sell the secret! The real truth is more like this: every real estate deal you will ever make requires MONEY. But get this: I didn't say it has to be your money! Think about it. How much money does the Realtor spend on real estate to make his or her money? None! The money comes from the seller who gets it from the buyer who got it from the bank. If the Realtor were really clever, he would skip the buyer, get the money direct from the bank and buy the house himself at a discount. He might make more than the usual 6% commission too, maybe a lot more.

You don’t need to be a realtor to do this (actually realtors who have spent a ton of money to get trained and licensed join us too). And you don’t need your own money to do deals. 

So why am I here talking with you? Because the opportunity is so vast, we need people; we can't do it by ourselves. We are expanding like the wildfires in California to take advantage of this window of opportunity. It's going to take work, yes work, and time to learn what we know. Train your new recruits with "bite-sized" video instruction, says Ter Scott, Lyoness Rep

When a person is building a networking business, or really any type of traditional business for that matter, we need to train people in "bite sized" pieces. It's true that people have different sized "bites" but to be duplicated, it's easier if everyone uses approximately 10 to 15 minute exposures.

Here is a response to one of my newest members of one of my businesses. I thought that I would share it here thinking that it may help readers in either role; that of the recruiter or the recruited.

I just wanted to touch base to see where you are in watching the videos; and I don’t think you’ve completed your registration for your free card yet; have you?  If you didn’t get the link, please accept my apologies. Just let me know and I will be sure to get this for you.

Our last meeting with our senior associate gave you the “whole enchilada” or “mountain” or whatever metaphor you would like. Now that you’ve seen that, my job is to hold your hand while together we go stepwise (with baby steps if need be) to get you to making the money (and whatever goals, and things) you want that attracted you to answering the ad.

I would now like to spend maybe 15 minutes with you on the phone listening to you and your questions and comments and where and how you want to progress. You don’t have to know everything to get started because there is a lot to learn. I’m sure you’ll agree that when you started at your regular job that it was also a learning process.

Please reply or text me letting me know when it would be good for you and me to relax at the foot of this mountain of information you have now received and discuss things. Always remember those two pictures; the before and after of the USA with the expansion of Lyoness/Lyconet. You just have to get “in front” of this phenomena and reap the benefits.
