You don't have to be an investor to make money in real estate

One of the very biggest income opportunities 
available today is real estate investing. 

Now, even if you don't think you have what it takes to become an investor, you can still make very decent money marketing real estate investing.

Real estate investing is big business. I probably don't have to tell you that because you see the TV shows and hear the radio ads. Most of them are legit and people really do learn how to make money with the courses.

If (and when) you become a real estate investor you can earn about $5000 wholesaling, about $40K and more (sometimes a lot more) when you flip (rehab and sell) and create a nice passive income when you "buy and hold". But that is not for everyone. It takes time to get started and time to continue doing it; it's a real business that requires many tasks.
