Today there is less and less “real” thinking going on in the minds of many. You may have heard the famous quote by Henry Ford: “Thinking is the hardest work there is, which is probably the reason why so few engage in it”. Most people do not “think” or have an original thought; they simply “parrot” what they’ve heard. That is a subject in itself which I may address elsewhere at some other time. For today, I want to present how one’s thinking can control their thoughts which when believed, actually doom them to future failure.
As a Life and Legacy Coach ™ and a promoter of business opportunities which can ultimately improve one’s life so they can leave a legacy, I am made aware of the thinking of the “masses” on an almost daily basis. Most opportunities made available today are legitimate but when prospective recruits realize that it will take an investment of time and money (sometimes large or small), they disqualify themselves because of their thoughts.

I must tell you that to be an IMA without being enrolled in the school isn’t usually successful but there are people who simply choose to be an IMA and not be a student. You have to be able to present to small and large crowds and be proficient at using online tools to present webinars. This is a great gig for Toastmasters members and teachers of schools, colleges and business universities.

You’ll be presenting our real estate investing school, what we do, why and how we do it. Having said that, know that it is not important that you know anything of real estate investing; we train.

To become a real estate investor trainer with us requires that you first be a student, and graduate. You can usually do this within one year. As a public speaker you can conceivably earn around the $250K* per year range but many speakers with us make much more and this does not include any of their real estate investing projects.

Our most popular school course package is approximately $20,000 (we offer creative ways to finance this if you need funding). After graduating you should be doing profitable deals which will quickly give you a return on your investment and you’ll start making “public speaking/training money”.

So, you’ve invested approximately $20K to get $250K not a bad deal I think you’ll agree. But get this; you’ll continue earning that $250K each year and only pay the $20K one time!

Compare this to college. $20K won’t even get you in the front door of most colleges and getting a job using what you’ve taken in college to get you $250K each year is unheard of.

Compare this to a franchise. However most franchises require much more money up front and you have to pay a monthly royalty, and have all other kinds of requirements placed on yourself and your time. I’ll let you do the research; it’s easy to find.

You don't have to be an investor to make money in real estate

One of the very biggest income opportunities 
available today is real estate investing. 

Now, even if you don't think you have what it takes to become an investor, you can still make very decent money marketing real estate investing.

Real estate investing is big business. I probably don't have to tell you that because you see the TV shows and hear the radio ads. Most of them are legit and people really do learn how to make money with the courses.

If (and when) you become a real estate investor you can earn about $5000 wholesaling, about $40K and more (sometimes a lot more) when you flip (rehab and sell) and create a nice passive income when you "buy and hold".
